The adidas Handball Spezial Silver Green Magic Mauve is a shoe that was originally released for indoor sports in the 1970s but has now become a lifestyle staple.
This iteration of the adidas Handball Spezial is made with a textile upper textured like corduroy for breathability. A dark green color forms the toe box and the area around the ankle, while the large T-shaped toe cap comes in a light green suede. Light green suede also forms the heel counter, and corduroy of the same color runs under the laces. The classic adidas three stripes logo appears on each side in white leather with brown textiles running between the stripes. The word SPEZIAL and the trefoil logo appear on the lateral side next to the top stripe. The heel counter is mauve leather with a white trefoil logo, and the cream-colored tongue also sports an adidas logo patch. A branded gum rubber outsole finishes out the look.
